Hoying & Hoying Builders Inc. has been building custom homes in the area since 1977, establishing a great reputation for constructing homes superior in both quality and beauty. At Hoying & Hoying Builders Inc., we employ people who care about what they do and treat each home as if it was our own. Collectively our employees have nearly 200 years of home building experience.
The majority of our work is design and build. Our clients work closely with us to capture their dreams during the design phase to make them a reality. We encourage our clients to give as much input as possible addressing concerns and making changes, as they deem necessary. We strive to remain flexible and open to client input as we treat them as building partners and not just as customers.
Hoying & Hoying Builders Inc. has built over 250 homes in Sidney, New Bremen, Anna, Minster and Fort Loramie and in the surrounding rural areas of Shelby, Auglaize, Darke, Miami and Logan counties. We specialize in custom-built homes on the client’s lot, or in any of our lots in Whitefeather Subdivision just west of McCartyville.
